Certified BBQ Pitmaster Whitfield Gibson has been making competition-quality BBQ since 2018.
At Whit’s End (A.W.E.) specializes in authentic, wood-smoked BBQ, cooked low-and-slow on our 60″ Lang reverse-offset smoker, “Ramses”. Our time and competition-tested recipes include traditional Eastern NC-style pulled pork, Texas-style brisket, Kansas City-style ribs, and BBQ chicken all cooked to perfection using scratch-made rubs and finished with award-winning sauces.
